this headstall is made of two pieces of latigo glued and sewn. the silver buckle are 10 guage sterling for stregth the browband conchos are heavy 18 gauge sterling silver cut to 2 1/2" with 1/8" brass loop backs the bit conchos are cut to 3/4"with heavy chicago screw silver soldered on... the headstalls and sivler are sold separatly or as made in to a ready to use headstall
